Welcome to the beautiful "Casa Toro Vista"
Located in the peaceful resort of Son Parc in the North East of Menorca. Named after the highest mountain in Menorca, 'El Toro' or 'Monte Toro' the peak of which you can see from the terraces.
***Our 3 bedroom villa is freshly decorated, with new bathrooms & updated kitchen! It offers plenty of space with all modern amenities to ensure that you have a relaxing holiday. We live close by & manage, clean & maintain the villa ourselves, all year round, ensuring that you arrive to a much cared for property

The house offers 1 double bedroom & 2 twin bedded rooms (sleeps 6) and 2 bathrooms (1 en-suite). It has a large airy lounge and dining area with high speed fibre wi-fi and International TV stations. Stairs from the lounge lead up to a spacious mezzanine area with its own terrace offering panoramic views towards Monte Toro in the distance. With prior agreement, the mezzanine can be used as an alternative bedroom and is equipped with a very comfortable large sofa bed, or is the perfect place to sit and read a book.
Outside you will find terraces complete with a fully equipped stone built BBQ and relaxing patio furniture, where you can sit and watch over the pool area enjoying a cold glass of cerveza or a crisp vino blanco. This area can be made fully enclosed to prevent your little ones accessing the pool.
There are outdoor games, snorkels & masks and inflatables for the pool.
There are 6 bikes of mixed sizes complete with safety helmets, for you to use at your leisure - perfect for enjoying the surrounding countryside, or to pop down to the bakery for a fresh baguette in the morning. Also, you'll find a dart board to enjoy.
**Pool/beach towels are provide for your convenience**
The resort itself has a quiet, relaxed atmosphere to suit most ages. Throughout the summer you can choose from a small selection of restaurants and bars and a couple of small supermarkets. The villa is situated at the end of a cul-de-sac and is about 20 minutes walk from both the resort & the fantastic beach (Arenal Son Saura - one of the best on the island). You can pick up the Cami de Cavalls very close to the villa. For further amenities & another stunning beach, the resort of Arenal D'en Castell can be reached by a beautiful 25 minute walk along the headland.
