(Low Season): £1495 / €1800
The prices shown are for 1 week for the entire villa based on 6 people. All linen, towels and beach towels are included. A 25% deposit is required upon receipt of your booking confirmation. Full payment is required 8 weeks prior to arrival date, together with a £200 / 250€ damage deposit (fully refundable after satisfactory checks after departure).
(Mid Season): £1995 / €2400
Price includes a small refreshments bundle for your arrival. Additional groceries can be arranged for your arrival at cost. There is a baby travel cot, a high chair & baby gates in the property should you require them, all provided free of charge. Balearic Tourism Eco Tax (for those aged over 16) is payable per person per night in cash to the villa owner upon arrival. Full t&c's will be emailed with booking confirmation.
(High Season) 1-19 July £2795 / €3360 & 20 July-31 Aug £2995 / €3600
