The prices shown are for 1 week for the entire villa. All linen, towels and beach towels are included. A 25% deposit is required upon receipt of your booking confirmation. Full payment is required 8 weeks prior to arrival date, together with a £200 / 250€ damage deposit (fully refundable following satisfactory checks after departure).

Price includes a small refreshments hamper for your arrival. Additional groceries can be arranged for your arrival at cost. A cot, travel cot, high chair, bed barrier & baby gates are available should you require them, all provided free of charge. Balearic Tourism Eco Tax (for those aged over 16) is payable per person per night in cash to the villa owner upon arrival.
